Anatta is not a disappearing act!

One of the three marks of existence in Buddhism is Anatta, translated into English as ‘no self.’ This translation freaks people out: But wait!! I exist! I’m here!
Yes, indeed, you DO exist! You ARE here! We all are. And in this audio dharma talk, I share how we can fully joyfully embody our existence.
